Damaged Products
When you receive your order, please make sure the delivered products are correct and in perfect condition. Do not hesitate to ask the courier to wait while you revise your delivery.
If there is any damaged, broken or spilt product you will need to write down a complaint in the delivery note. Sign for the delivery but do not open the damaged products. Contact Reino de León to inform us of the situation so we can proceed and solve the problem.
