CHARACTERISTICS: It is a soft cheese with penicillium and cylindrical shape. Its interior is soft, unctuous and of a uniform white color. It presents characteristic flavors of fresh blended cheese.

APPLICATIONS: Ideal for both hot and cold consumption (appetizers, cheese boards, empanadas, elaborate dishes, pizzas, savory pies, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, etc).

INGREDIENTS: MILK from cows (70% min.) and goats (17% min.), lactic ferments, penicilium, rennet and salt.
