CHARACTERISTICS: It is a soft goat cheese with penicillium and cylindrical shape. Its interior is soft, unctuous and of a uniform white color. It presents characteristic flavors of fresh goat cheese.

APPLICATIONS: Ideal for both hot and cold consumption (appetizers, cheese boards, empanadas, elaborate dishes, pizzas, savory pies, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, etc).

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, lactic ferments, penicillium, rennet and salt.
